For me, self-reflection is not an abstract concept, but a practical tool for better decisions - in leadership, in the team and in my own career. The profiles linked here are based on recognized, scientifically sound procedures and provide insight into different dimensions of my personality: cognitive and behavioral patterns, team roles, motivation and character strengths.
No single test can depict the full complexity of a personality. The combination of:
- behavioral and cognition-based data (predictive index),
- Team Process Roles (TMS),
- depth psychological patterns (Enneagram) and
- Character Strengths (VIA-IS)
gives me a differentiated, practice-relevant picture – useful for self-leadership, team design and strategic personnel decisions.
If you would like to learn more about the individual results, click through the linked profiles. If you have any questions about interpretation or application in the context of leadership, team development or change, I will be happy to exchange ideas.
Predictive Index (PI)
The Predictive Index is a behavioral and cognitive-based assessment approach that is used in companies to optimize talent. It measures four central behavioral drivers – dominance, extraversion, patience and formality – and uses them to create a reference profile for work behavior, leadership style, and collaboration.
My PI profile shows how I act under pressure, make decisions and behave in teams. It helps me to fill roles precisely, to recognize conflicts early on and to reflect on my own leadership effect.
Team Management System (TMS)
The Team Management System (TMS) according to Margerison and McCann describes how people typically act in team processes – from information intake to decision-making to implementation. It distinguishes between different team roles (e.g. "reporter advisor", "creator innovator", "concluder producer" etc.) and shows where someone has natural strengths in the team process.
My TMS profile makes it visible which phases in the team process I am particularly strong, where I should complement others and how I can set up teams in such a way that all relevant roles are filled.
Enneagram
The Enneagram is a depth psychological model that describes nine basic types of personality structures – each with typical motives, fears, blind spots and development paths. Today, it is used both in coaching and in personal development to better understand patterns in thinking, feeling and acting.
My Enneagram type provides information about what drives me, where my automatic reaction patterns lie and where I want to grow consciously – especially in leadership and change situations.
Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS)
The VIA Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS) is a scientifically validated tool for mapping 24 character strengths mapped to six overarching virtues (e.g., wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, moderation, transcendence). It is based on the work of Peterson and Seligman in the context of positive psychology and is used in research and practice.
The VIA-IS does not provide "types", but a rank profile of the 24 strengths – from the particularly pronounced "signature strengths" to the less dominant ones. My VIA profile shows which character resources I bring to the table particularly naturally (e.g. leadership, judgement, perseverance, curiosity) and how I can use them specifically for myself and others.
