My projects and initiatives include:
- the development and establishment of **Beiersdorf Connect**, an international innovation conference with more than 500 participants from more than 20 nations;
- the UPSTARTER Beiersdorf Intrapreneurship Program, which supports colleagues worldwide in turning ideas into viable and profitable business solutions;
- the development and launch of Marlies, a digital midwife that has been providing expectant mothers with guidance and support validated by midwives around the clock since 2019;
- international startup pilots and proofs of concept with 17 startups;
- the development of innovation, e-commerce and marketing strategies for large companies and digital business models.
